BOOKS MAY BE ORDERED by Phone, Mail, Fax or via our online catalog. When ordering from our online catalog, use the order form following our book listings.

WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS: When ordering 6 or more books a 30% discount will be applied to the order subtotal. (On Books with a retail price of $5.00 or less, the total net cost of the order must be at least $35.00). Books need not be all of one title, but may be mixed or matched, as you desire. Additional discounts may be available. Please inquire.

ORDERING METHODS: Our title to order form ordering system is simple: Click onto the box in front of the title and type in the quantity you want. Then click on the Purchase Items button and your order will be transferred to the order form. You may browse our online catalog at leisure, and when you go to the order form, the books you have selected will be listed there. Please check to make sure you have selected the books you want to order. At this time you can delete titles or change quantities, as you may desire. If you want to delete a title or change a quantity, then click on the buttons supplied at the bottom of the page. You may order as many titles as you like, as the order form will generate additional title lines as needed.

ANOTHER METHOD OF ORDERING, if you already know the item numbers of the books you want, and do not wish to browse the catalog, is to go directly to the order form and enter the item numbers you want.

BACK ORDERS: Any books temporarily out of stock, out of print, being reprinted or not yet printed will be canceled from your order. We do not keep record of these, and, except for out of print books, which are no longer available, they must be reordered with a regular order if you still want them. If you want to check on availability, send us an e-mail.

ALL BOOKS AND PRICE GUIDES ARE THE LATEST EDITIONS. Often a publisher will update the prices, but retain the original copyright date in the book. Books are listed with the dates of revision. If a book is updated between catalogs, we automatically ship the newest edition. We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time.

SEARCH FEATURE: If you are looking for books on a certain subject, go to our search feature, type in the name of the subject, and all books on that subject will be listed for you.

BOOK SIZES are listed to the closest inch. Easily understood abbreviations are used throughout the catalog. Examples are:

ARIZONA STATE SALES TAX. In Arizona, there is a 7.2% Sales tax on orders placed by residents of Arizona Unless you supply us with an Arizona Vendor's Resale Tax Exempt Number, this amount will be added to your order

RETURN POLICY: ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE NONRETURNABLE. Retail books may be returned within 10 days of purchase for credit toward your next order. We do not exchange books.

Shipping

ORDERS, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE, are shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS, unless you otherwise specify.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION must be given with the order. We accept Discover, Mastercard, American Express and Visa credit cards. For customers using the same credit card on each order, we will keep your number on file if you so desire. We will not pack and hold orders until your check arrives. Checks and money orders may be sent with mail orders. THERE IS A $20.00 CHARGE ON ANY RETURNED CHECK.

International Orders

International orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. For customers using the same credit card on each order, we will keep your number on file if you so desire.

International orders will be shipped by Post Office Book Rate. Please specify whether you prefer surface or air shipment.

If you wish your order shipped to a U.S. Address, we will do so charging only the U.S. Shipping Charges.
